SASL | ECO grew from my love of nature, scent, and the quiet wisdom of natural living.In a world where so many of the things we use every day — from food and clothing to beauty and home products — feel more processed, synthetic, and toxic than ever, I felt called to return to something simpler. To go back to nature. To work with what she gives us.This line is rooted in botanical ingredients, low-waste choices, and a belief that the products we bring into our homes should feel good, smell beautiful, and support a gentler way of living.Smell is, to me, the most nostalgic of all the senses — able to carry us instantly back to a place, a person, a season, or a feeling.Each SASL | ECO blend is designed to capture those places and moments: the freshness of the coast, the warmth of the forest, the softness of island blooms, and the everyday rituals that make a house feel like home.Nature-led. SASL | DESIGN was born from a need to make space for creativity.For years, my creative side sat quietly in the background while professional life took the lead. But the pull to create, restore, style, and work with my hands never really went away.I needed something more tactile — something that allowed me to touch materials, transform forgotten pieces, and bring beauty back into everyday spaces.SASL | DESIGN is where that creative energy now lives. It brings together furniture flips, restored pieces, tropical interiors, vintage finds, and design ideas rooted in texture, story, and island living.

SASL | YOGA came from a need to return to balance.
At a time when life felt full, uncertain, and overwhelming, I found my way back to the mat. Yoga became more than movement — it became a place to ground, breathe, soften, and come home to myself.I went on to complete my 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training, with a special focus on Yin Yoga — a practice that helped save my busy mind and busy body.Through Covid, job loss, depression and anxiety, and the breakdown of my marriage, Yin gave me somewhere quiet to land.SASL | YOGA is rooted in that same intention: creating space for stillness, restoration, breath, and gentle reconnection.
